Royal Panda owner San Lien Wu is a highly accomplished chef with over 30 years experience in the competitive restaurant business.   He has been featured in The Commercial Appeal and local television cooking shows.  During “The Imperial Tombs of China,” exhibit in 1995 Chef Wu was invited for the demonstration of the Arts of Chinese, “Noodle Pulling and Fruit Carving.”
